NCRTM Team Meeting 12-10-07

Present:  Mike, Ken, Julie, Karl, Gail, Erica

 

 

Projects to do:

•        Post 20 hours of ARCA conference raw footage
•        Post batch of stuff from RCEPS
•        Oral History Project – Audio interviews

 

Bugzilla discussion:

Mike explained the function of Bugzilla to Karl.

 

Archive space discussion:

•        Karl will create a new domain for the large amount of raw video material we will be using on our website.
•        Decided to post raw video footage (for example, the ARCA conference proceedings) on our website for about 6 months or until we have extrapolated  stills, created transcription, and set up a CE unit in Articulate for each raw video.

New Acquisitions

Julie will create a standard price list for customers to refer to instead of putting prices on the New Acquisitions list.
