Mike
RehabJobs:
| • | Grad student will help market by making phone calls to institutions and agencies to encourage them to set up account |
| • | Network Solutions seems to keep resetting the domain. Karl will contact them. |
Website:
| • | Needs re-engineering -- to make more user friendly |
| • | Karl will fix the test.ncrtm.org site so we can work on it |
Conferences:
| • | Christine representing NCRTM at the NCRE-CSAVR conference |
| • | NCRE Spring -- NCRTM will have 3 presentations and new displays |
Julie
| • | Discussed DRC's help with transcription. Need to get back with them and shore up arrangements. |
| • | Budget -- Mike will meet with Jared and get budget narrative to Julie |
| • | Family Resource Library -- Added link to them in our library. Will suggest they make library references in their bibs. |
| • | Discussed what to do with the copyrighted material we have in boxes. |
| • | Discussed problem of not being able to record videos that are captioned with with ability to turn off captions in the recording. Will contact institutions that might give us leads (like Galludet -- Gail will contact them). |
Karl
| • | Will find out cost for new computers |
| • | Will upgrade Erica's computer area |
| • | Shared Calendars -- Breeze -- Karl with show how to share the Breeze calendar (public folders/SPER folder/NCRTM). Will include email addresses for commonly used lists. |

Ken
Atlas IT:
| • | Will eventually set up on a server. |
| • | Will give public capability to access models and documents |
Wyoming Project:
| • | About the same as the IDVR project -- social network analysis |
