Present: Mike, Ken, Julie, Gail
Digitizing Area:
Email issues:
| • | Digitizers -- Cassie's login works; still working on Melyn's. |
| • | Ken has Julie's passwords for vendors. |
Computer:
| • | One computer in digitizing area needs to be replaced. Discussed getting a new one for the area vs. transferring an existing one from Mike's office and buying a new one for him. |
Cassie and Melyn will be getting a raise.
Ken:
| • | Getting ready for Wyoming -- General Taxonomy |
| • | May 23rd -- phone conference on Wyoming project |
| • | Server agreement -- draft from us sent to USU on Thursday; should be ready in about a week. Will be able to use credit card service through USU by July 1st. |

-- Will take CE off website temporarily
-- Will continue to use the credit card for the store
Gail:
| • | Working on loading new software (PowerDirector, Articulate, and the Adobe CS3 Suite) |
| • | Working on learning how to create a CE unit |
Mike:
| • | Going to SLC meeting next week. |
| • | Training in Wyoming the week after. |
| • | Working on the Ohio project/Wright State -- has completed 3 Asynchronous modules. |
